About Ms. Dwyer:
When I first came to St. Peter School in 1982, I was a first grader in Mrs. Morgan's class! I attended St. Peter School for grades 1-8, not realizing that someday I would return as a teacher at the school. I have been teaching at St. Peter School for over 10 years. My classroom is the room that I was in, as a student, for 5th grade. Many things have changed at the school since I was a student, but one thing is still the same: St. Peter School is an awesome place!
Today, I teach 3rd grade, as well as coach Cross Country, moderate the Student Council, and work in the Extended Day room.
When I'm not at school, I love to read, shop, and spend time with my family. I also like to travel whenever I get the chance. One of my favorite places to go is Disney World!
My wish for all of my students is that they always work hard and strive for the best, and that they come back to visit when they are older!
The best thing about St. Peter School: Our sense of community! We are more like a family than a business or institution.
Grade 3 Wish List:
1. Velcro and letter size file jackets to create and attach organizational folders for each student.
2. Memory card for school camera.
3. Ice cream/sundae toppings (Spring 2010, when all 3rd graders have learned their times tables.)
4. Our school digital camera is functioning, but very slow. A new, quicker, more updated camera could be very useful. :)
