Congratulations to Dylan Bracken (Grade 6) for winning the school Geography Bee! Dylan will take a written test to qualify for the Regional Bee. Congratulations to Callie Williams (Grade 8) and Jarod Sickinger (Grade 7), our two finalists in the 4-8th grade Spelling Bee. Both students will be moving on to the Regional Spelling Competition on Monday, January 30th at St. Mary’s School in Cranston. Middle School Mid Term Exams Middle School Mid Term Exams will take place January 9-13, 2012. Download the Schedule... Art Club Christmas Card Contest  Congratulations to Sophia Lawson for her drawing of Jesus in a manger which was the winning artwork to be displayed on the 2011 Parish Christmas e-card. 'Tis the Season...  SPS Christmas Concert: Our Annual concert will take place on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 1:00pm. All students in grades Pre 3 through 8 must arrive at Hendricken's McNally Gym at 12:30pm wearing holiday attire. To order tickets, please download the ticket order form.... SPS Christmas Fun Day: Christmas Fun Day will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011. It is a free dress down day for the kids, so wear your red and green! A special Fun Day lunch will be served, so please hand in your lunch forms by December 8th. Download the Fun Day Lunch order form.... Download the Fun Day info form.... Christmas Caroling: The students will be filling the SPS neighborhood with Christmas cheer on Monday, December 19, 2011 when they stroll the neighborhood Christmas Caroling. More info to come... SPS Flu Clinic: The St. Peter School Clinic for students, faculty, parents and siblings (starting at 3 years old and up) will be held Monday, November 14th from 4-7pm. There is no out-of-pocket charge for a flu vaccination for students. There will be no Extended Day on Monday, November 14, 2011, due to the Flu Clinic. Student Council Halloween Party: Grades 1-5 are invited to dress in costume and enjoy a Halloween Party in the cafeteria on Monday, October 24, 2011 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Terra Nova Testing: Standardized Testing will begin on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 until October 21, 2011. Makeup tests will be held on October 21st to 25th. First Day of School Photo Contest: We know many of you take a "First Day of School" photo. But now what are you going to do with it? Enter the St. Peter's "First Day of School" Photo Contest!
